Much of our design work is for external companies, and pictures are not sharable due to intellectual property concerns. However, some of our simplier design work is shown below. We have done design work up to 14 layers using our in-house design software. At my previous company I was involved in design work up to 40 layers. We have also done data rates up to 25Gbps on backplanes and high speed interconnect cards. We are well versed in blind and buried vias, HDI, buried capacitance, exotic dielectrics, metal clad PCBs, and heavy copper.
